The Barber Family Foundation is a private family foundation dedicated to the improvement of the overall quality of life in Pike County, Illinois.  Our primary goals are to increase the capacity of community organizations to identify solutions to local issues and to facilitate human achievement.  We support both organizations and individuals engaged in effective community-building activities in the areas of education, social services, civil society, and the environment.
